As life goes on I develop an itch that is only scratched by being somewhere far away. Somewhere with flavors I can’t get at home and landscapes with views that nourish my soul again. I don’t want to go to the beach a few hours away by car or even by plane. I’m in love with long flights with meal courses and attendants that don’t speak english.
